Special Board of Trustee's Meeting to be held January 10, 2008

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on January 10, 2008 at 7:30 PM in the Village Hall.  This meeting is not a public hearing. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to give a representative of each of the previously submitted proposal outlines for improving the Wee Wah beach facilities an opportunity to present their ideas.  A 5-minute allotment will be given to each presenter, who should also address the rationale, financial costs, and administrative burdens implied by the proposal.  The Trustees will then have an opportunity to seek clarifications and comment on the proposals after each presentation.  The written proposals outlined by residents in advance of the last Board of Trustees meeting are available in the Village Office.  After the Special Meeting, the Board of Trustees will be in a position to vote on this issue at the next regular Board of Trustees meeting on January 16, 2008.
