BAR appointments

Board of ARchitectural Review Appointments
It was brought to my attention today that Village Code Section 100-51 (c) states that all vacancies shall be filled by appointments made by the Board of Trustees. At this time, while Jackie Urra may be considered to replace the unexpired term of Chiu-yin Hempel, the Village Board has not appointed her.
Furthermore, during review of current BAR member appointments, I also became aware that Peter Ashby Howard was not appointed by the Board of Trustees. Attached are the March 21, 2007 minutes where Peter Ashby Howard was appointed by the Major.
